Yes. There is one toilet, parking for up to 10 two-wheelers, and the terrace is about 10 minutes' walk from Uttam Nagar metro station.
Cancel 15 or more days before the function for a full refund. Cancel 10 to 14 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 10 days before has no refund. Bookings cannot be rescheduled.
The rent is for the space only. Décor, furniture, catering, sound and cleaning-up are arranged by you.
5 hours: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000. 10 hours: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000. The exact price depends on your function, guest count and timing; message us for a quote.
Message us on WhatsApp with your date, function and guest count. Payment is 100% in advance, before the date of your function, and we sign a short written agreement. No security deposit is taken. Extra hours are ₹2,000 per hour.
